Glory Gates QuartetGGQ Romania 2006 Concert Tour Dear Friends & Family: Here we go again!!! Romania or bust for the GGQ for our 3rd Romania concert tour! The Glory Gates Quartet has been ministering in gospel music for a little over five years, three of which have involved our Romania ministries. We love to sing and we sing to glorify God, send the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ and in return, allow God to bless those in attendance. The wonderful part of our music ministry is how much we are blessed as a group as we sing the words that God has provided to us. The Glory Gates Quartet is returning to Romania for an exciting “Crusade” type evangelistic concert tour, which will focus in Bucharest and Ploiesti! This will be our third Romania concert tour! Church’s will be taking advantage of these concerts by making them “outreach” events; whereby their church body will be inviting non-Christian friends, neighbors and families to these concerts and “alter call” messages of the gospel of Jesus Christ will be presented! Pray for Romanian hearts and lives to be touched by this tour and that many will clearly understand that Jesus Christ and eternal life with our Heavenly father is their hope! We can hardly wait to be there to continue having an impact on their lives. As usual, we will have all of the words to our songs in Romanian on a PowerPoint presentation while we sing in English. Obviously, this will allow the Romanians to clearly understand what we are singing, and with the help of translators, understand about what we are talking. We will be leaving on June 23rd and the purpose of the trip is “to share the good news of Jesus Christ and the hope that He brings for the people of Romania, through the primary means of musical concerts”, and to return on July 6th. Our concert schedule is set and can be viewed on the “Schedule” link within our website at www.glorygatesquartet.com. The highlight of our concert tour will be be performing a concert to glorify God at the SOS Church in Ploiesti, about an hour & a half northeast of Bucharest. This church is part of the SOS Radio station; www.radiosos.org, and our concert will be broadcast on the radio on Sunday, June 25th at 6:00 p.m. in Romania, 8:00 a.m. Pacific time. Listen in to this concert on the Internet!!! As usual, we are going to bring food, clothes and supplies to give to our Caring Place kids, Acasa orphanage and the kids with Leukemia at the Marie Currie Hospital, all in the city of Bucharest. We cannot do these things without your financial help and prayers, and only the four of us quartet guys will be going this time.
